Ancient Greek Fish with Coriander

Ancient Greek Fish with Coriander -
(Arxaio psari me coliandro)

Ingredients:
2 tbl coriander seeds
1 tsp salt
2 fresh cod filets
Oil for baking pan
White wine vinegar

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 190 C.
Place coriander seeds in a baking pan and bake them for 10 minutes.
Let the coriander seeds cool, then mash them with a mortar and pestle together with the salt.
Drain the fish steaks and remove any tiny bones.
Dredge the steaks in the coriander mixture and place them in an oiled baking pan.
Cover the pan and place it in the oven.
Bake the fish for 20 – 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with vinegar and serve hot.
