Bean Soup

Ingredients:
2 cups white beans
3 onions finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 liter beef broth
1 tbl honey
1 bunch parsley
1/2 tsp coriander
1 bay leaf
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 liter water
2 tbl olive oil
200 grams lard

Directions:
Soak the beans in water over night.
In a pressure cooker, boil the beans in the same water for approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
After 5 to 7 minutes remove pressure cooker from the heat - do not open lid, let it sit for about an hour.
Add bay leaf and beans into beef broth boil slowly for about 2 hours.
In the meantime, saute onion in the lard.
Add coriander, parsley, salt and pepper to the onion.
Add onion mixture to the beans and broth.
Add honey to beans and broth and boil slowly again for 15-30 minutes.
Add garlic and olive oil before serving.
