Cooking Pasta

For 1 pound of Pasta:

1. Add 1 tbl salt to 4 – 6 quarts of water, and bring to a boil.

2. Add pasta to boiling water and stir gently.

3. When water returns to boil, start timing the pasta for the times given.

4. Continue boiling uncovered and stir occasionally.

5. Remove from heat and drain pasta.
